Democratic strategists have zeroed in on an enormous trove of unmolested cash reserves that are ripe for the picking.  Millions of dollars are neatly tucked away in various investment vehicles awaiting the owner’s retirement goals to mature. For many Americans, planning for the day when they are no longer productive is an integral part of their employment decision. Many begin socking away dollars early in their careers with a view to enjoying a modest retirement after they have set aside a predetermined amount of money that should maintain them until their passing. But, in the eyes of the socialist, this is simply unacceptable.

Karen McMahan at Carolina Journal Online has written an article that outlines the socialist’s drive to confiscate workers’ personal retirement accounts–including 401Ks–and convert them to accounts managed by the Social Security Administration.

This is what happens when the government becomes so big and so insensitive that they cannot be controlled by laws under which we must all live.

A suspected terrorist, cleverly disguised as an average American who likes to wear t-shirts on warm nights, has been discovered roaming the streets of Philadelphia shortly after the presidential election results were announced. Alert police spotted the terrorist despite the size of the cheering crowd Wednesday night and quickly moved in to protect the American way of life from destruction at the hands of the militant extremists. Oddly enough, it was the man’s t-shirt that tipped the police as to the terror suspect’s intentions.

Philadelphia police were not placated by repeated attempts by the terrorist to defend himself against the accusations that indicated he was out that night to cause mischief. The man, whose name has not yet been released, indicated that he did not wish to cause any trouble. But police on the scene were not convinced.

The nationality of the suspect is not yet known but he is believed to be part of a domestic separatist movement that has a view to ceding Pennsylvania from the union.

An anonymous witness on the scene, said "We was [sic] just celebrating, ya know, then all of a sudden there was this dude wearing a McCain shirt come running through the crowd and the cops were chasing him through the street like a shoplifter and all. It was all good but we didn’t know he was a terrorist at the time. The cops got him though, ya gotta give em that."

Another in the crowd took video footage of the arrest that shows Philadelphia’s finest protecting the American way of life…

With the presidential campaign now over in the most historic race ever run in America, we are left with a few questions that need to be answered. The first question we have to ask is, What the hell were they thinking?

I think the following video will shed some light on that subject. But first, I think we should remember that Sarah Palin was spot on with her warning about Obama policies that would turn America into a nanny state, so we have to also ask, where did Obama get over a half billion dollars in campaign contributions? 

Why has the media failed to look deeper into Obama’s citizenship status?

Are we headed for a constitutional crisis for failing to properly verify this man’s qualifications to lead?

Why did the media ignore Obama’s relationship with Rashid Khalidi and William Ayers?

Isn’t suppression within the press part of the communist dogma?

On, 29th October 2008, snow blanketed London with the first October fall in the metropolis since 1922. The irony of the timing of the early snow is uncanny; it fell while The Mother of Parliaments was discussing the Mother of All Bills for the last time.

According to The Register, for six hours, Parliament debated a ‘projected’ two degree rise in average world temperature that could doom the planet in a hundred or so centuries from now.

In order to combat a projected two degree centigrade rise in global temperature, the Climate Change Bill pledges the UK to reduce its carbon dioxide emissions by 80 per cent by 2050. The bill was receiving a third reading, which means both the last chance for both democratic scrutiny and consent.

In the words of Joe Biden, "is this a joke? Is that a real question?" Is it more that they want to purge CO2 emissions from the atmosphere, or is the real debate about how they can charge humans to breathe ‘their’ air? 

The bill creates an enormous bureaucratic apparatus for monitoring and reporting, which was expanded at the last minute. Amendments by the Government threw emissions from shipping and aviation into the monitoring program, and also included a revision of the Companies Act (c. 46) "requiring the directors’ report of a company to contain such information as may be specified in the regulations about emissions of greenhouse gases from activities for which the company is responsible" by 2012.

Businesses are already fighting meritocracies in order to maintain liquidity in amid ever-oppressive governmental restrictions. 

Recently the American media has begun to notice the odd incongruity of saturation media coverage here which insists that global warming is both man-made and urgent, and a British public which increasingly doubts either to be true. 60 per cent of the British population now doubt the influence of humans on climate change, and more people than not think Global Warming won’t be as bad "as people say".

Global warming is a hoax. The sole purpose of the initiative is to fund world-socialist programs and facilitate global governance. Resistance to it, however futile, must be undertaken.

Corroborating reports written for Fox News and the Jerusalem Post,  confirm that American helicopters were used to attack targets inside Syria that intelligence indicated were used as a staging ground for terrorists looking to cross the border into neighboring Iraq. According to the Fox News report, U.S. military helicopters struck a network of foreign fighters in Syria, a U.S. military official said Sunday, killing eight people and earning recrimination from Damascus, which condemned the raid as “serious aggression.”

The attack came days after the commander of U.S. forces in western Iraq said American troops were redoubling efforts to secure the Syrian border, which he called an “uncontrolled” gateway for fighters entering Iraq.

A Syrian government statement said the helicopters attacked the Sukkariyeh Farm near the town of Abu Kamal, five miles inside the Syrian border. Four helicopters attacked a civilian building under construction shortly before sundown and fired on workers inside, the statement said.

A resident of the nearby village of Hwijeh said some of the helicopters landed and troops exited the aircraft and fired on a building. He said the aircraft flew along the Euphrates River into the area of farms and several brick factories. The witness spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the information,

“Syria condemns this aggression and holds the American forces responsible for this aggression and all its repercussions. Syria also calls on the Iraqi government to shoulder its responsibilities and launch and immediate investigation into this serious violation and prevent the use of Iraqi territory for aggression against Syria,” the government statement said.

The attack, which was not officially confirmed by the US military, was the first-ever reported American strike on Syria, which called it a “serious aggression.” Israeli defense officials said the incident was not connected to Israel and that the American troops had been chasing global jihad suspects in Iraq. The helicopters then crossed into Syria in pursuit of the terrorists.

The US military official said the special forces raid targeted elements of a network that sends fighters from North Africa and elsewhere in the Middle East to Syria, where elements of the Syrian military are in league with al-Qaida and other fighters. He spoke on condition of anonymity because of the political sensitivity of cross-border raids.

The area bombed Sunday is near the Iraqi border city of Qaim, which had been a major crossing point for gunmen, weapons and money coming into Iraq to fuel the Sunni insurgency. Some precedent does exist for this kind of strike across the border which could suggest U.S. Special Operations forces were asked to carry out the strike to send a signal to Damascus.

Syrian President Bashar Assad has pursued indirect peace talks with Israel, mediated by Turkey and says he wants direct talks next year. Syria also has agreed to establish diplomatic ties with Lebanon that has been destabilized by Syrian- and Iranian-backed Hezbollah terrorists.

Letter from 2012 in Obama’s America

In a conceivable scenario that centers on the effects of Barak Obama’s misguided policies on a destabilized America, Focus on the Family Action has released a ‘Letter From 2012 in Obama’s America.’ The futuristic letter written by a despondent Christian after four years of unconstitutional indulgence, corruption, and adulteration, wrought by failed social policies, laments over the nonplused contamination of American values.

The fictional writer of the letter hits on some very plausible points that seem all-to-conceivable given what we know about liberal slight-of-hand. ‘The big print giveth, the small print taketh away.

The World Net Daily article written about the letter extracts some topics that are of interest to Americans from the body of the letter.

Among the possible developments by 2012:

1. Six liberal justices sit on the Supreme Court after the immediate resignation of John Paul Stevens and Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the later resignations of Antonin Scalia and Anthony Kennedy.
2. Homosexual marriage has been ruled a constitutional right that must be respected by all 50 states.
3. The Boy Scouts have disbanded rather than obey a decision forcing them to allow homosexual scoutmasters. (The Scouts already had been kicked out of public facilities because of an expansion of the 1964 Civil Rights Act to cover people who engage in homosexual behavior.)
4. Elementary schools have compulsory training in varieties of gender identity. Courts rule parents cannot opt out their children, because the training is deemed essential to psychological health.
5. Evangelical and Catholic adoption agencies cease to exist after the Supreme Court rules they must agree to place children with homosexuals or lose their licenses.
6. Church buildings are now considered a “public accommodation” by the United States Supreme Court, and churches have no freedom to refuse to allow their buildings to be used for wedding ceremonies for homosexual couples.
7. High schools are no longer free to allow “see you at the pole” meetings where students pray together or any student Bible studies even before or after school.
8. The Supreme Court barred public schools in all 50 states from allowing churches to rent their facilities, even on Sundays, when school was not in session.
9. Obama signed the Freedom of Choice Act, as he promised the Planned Parenthood Action Fund last year, nullifying hundreds of state laws that had created even the slightest barrier to abortion.
10. he Supreme Court in 2011 nullified all Federal Communications Commission restrictions on obscene speech or visual content in radio and TV broadcasts, and television programs at all hours of the day now contain explicit portrayals of sexual acts.
11. As a result of a reversal of its 5-4 decision in the D.C. gun-ownership case, it is now illegal for private citizens to own guns for self-defense in eight states, and the number is growing with increasing Democratic control of state legislatures and governorships.
12. Parents’ freedom to teach their children at home has been severely restricted nationwide after the Supreme Court followed the legal reasoning of a Feb. 28, 2008, ruling by the Second District Court of Appeal in California.

All political bloggers are acutely aware of the media bias surrounding this year’s presidential election. If it weren’t for bloggers digging for the truth at the grass roots level, the MSM would air even less of the news about republicans than it does. The things that MSM chooses to overlook are startling.  The ‘big’ story to them now is Sarah Palin’s wardrobe, but they overlook the investigation into Obo’s birthplace. They overlook vandalism, socialism, and voter fraud. It is amazing to see how blind the MSM gets around election time.

We have gotten, somewhat, used to it over the years because we, as conservatives, are obliged to work all the harder to have our agenda heard.  That being the case, when one of our favorite sons gets an opportunity to air his views for a national audience, it is exciting to see him take the MSM to task.

 

In response to a particularly disturbing prophecy that Joe Biden made regarding “… an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy,”–a prophecy that the MSM chose to ignore–-Sarah Palin lays out five possible scenarios that would accomplish Biden’s apocalyptic prediction. We can only pray that we never find out what the rest of the world might do during an Obama presidency. All we have to do is vote for the most competent candidate…
